The City of Stonnington is home to over 18,000 businesses, all of which play a critical role in creating a thriving local economy and making our shopping precincts a must-visit destination for locals and visitors to our city.
To help us help local business thrive, we need to hear what's important to them to ensure we are delivering the right programs, services and initiatives to meet their needs.
Earlier this year we invited all Stonnington businesses to complete a Business Health Survey and share key insights into priorities and challenges they face now and into the future.
Through the survey we heard there are areas we can improve to help our local businesses, with the following key themes consistent across many of the survey respondents:
Learn more about the feedback received from the Business Health Survey Engagement Snapshot
In a follow up to the Business Health Survey we now want to test some of the key themes and delve a little deeper into the types of improvements businesses would like to see.
Your continued input will be used to evaluate our current service delivery and assist with the development of new business support programs and initiatives to better serve the business community.
We want to hear from Stonnington businesses to help us better understand the themes that came out of our recent Business Health Survey.
From the survey analysis we’ve been able to draw out two key themes that we’re seeking further feedback on. These are highlighted in the tabs labelled:
The third tab, ‘Deep Dive Survey’, seeks to question these themes in more detail through a targeted set of questions.
You can have your say in the following ways:
