In late 2018, Council adopted a masterplan for Toorak Park and Victory Square.

This plan will see significant improvements to these important community spaces.

Improvements to Victory Square are the first of a three-stage implementation program.

This stage will see a new playground, more tree planting, footpaths, lighting, park furniture, plus new turf and irrigation.

Before we proceed to final design we welcome your input on the concept plans for the playground and Victory Square park.
