Following extensive community consultation, The City of Stonnington is pleased to advise residents of the staged roll-out of landscape improvement works at Toorak Park and Victory Square, Armadale. These works form part of the delivery of the Toorak Park & Victory Square Masterplan, endorsed by Council in December 2018.

Initial work stages include:

• Victory Square - new playground and lawn area.
• Toorak Park – new cricket practice nets, curators shed and public toilet facilities
• Upgraded lighting, drainage and landscaping.

Subsequent works include:

• Full cricket oval reconstruction
• New terraced seating
• Full pathway network
• New shared-use pavilion
