In session three, the panel discussed their reflections on the finance presentation from webinar two, and recorded questions in a digital worksheet. These questions were answered in session by Council, with any outstanding questions to be submitted to the Portal.

The panel then revisited the question of Council moving certain services to a private or external provider. They then had a discussion on options Council is exploring regarding the waste charge and a potential rate cap application.
