The State Government has released draft plans proposing increased building heights and densities in parts of Stonnington. This affects a substantial area of land within Stonnington across most suburbs.

Council hosted information sessions to explain the proposed changes and outline our strategic work to guide appropriate growth in Stonnington.

It was a chance to:

  • Learn more about the latest proposed State Government changes and what they mean for your neighbourhood (view the draft plans on Engage Victoria)
  • Ask our planning experts any questions
  • Learn about the strategic work already completed to guide good growth (visit State Government Activity Centres City of Stonnington)
  • Find out how to have your say.

Our online webinar and drop-in sessions have now taken place, thank you to everyone who joined.

The State Government's consultation closed on Sunday 22 March. Visit Engage Victoria to see updates.
