Have your say on new Porter and Grattan park

Feedback invited on concept design

View the concept design and share your feedback on a plan to transform open space linking Grattan to Porter streets into an inviting green park for locals to enjoy.

In late-2023, we advised the community we were planning to transform a parcel of land between Grattan and Porter streets (55 Porter Street and 22A Grattan Street) into a park. At the time we asked the community to tell us how they use and how safe they feel in the space now and what’s important to them in a local park.

What we heard has helped us develop a draft concept design based on community priorities for the park to be a place to relax, be a green link for pedestrians, a place to socialise and a habitat for local wildlife.

We now invite your feedback on the concept design - do you like what you see, is there anything we have missed? Read the full Community Engagement snapshot.
