AMENDMENT C314STON TO THE STONNINGTON PLANNING SCHEME – CORRECTION OF MAPPING ANOMALIES
Amendment C314ston proposes to correct minor land use zone errors to twenty-one parcels of land (or part thereof) across the municipality where the zone is inconsistent across the parcel due to the presence of multiple zones and/or where the existing zone does not match the use.
Proposed changes
It is proposed to rezone following sites (or part thereof) to ensure the zone reflects the use of the land and brings the whole parcel within the same zone ensuring consistency.

Amendment C314ston is being exhibited from 28 September to 27 October 2023.
Any person may make a submission about the amendment.
Submissions must be made in writing giving the submitter's name and contact address, and clearly state the grounds on which the Amendment is supported or opposed, as well as indicating what changes (if any) the submitter wishes to suggest.

Next steps
Following exhibition, a report will be prepared for Council to consider any submissions and whether to adopt or abandon the amendment, or to request an independent Panel, as required, to consider the Amendment and submissions.

- Directions hearing: 31 January 2024
- Panel hearing: 28 February 2024
