The first meeting of the Stakeholder Group for the Multipurpose Indoor Sport and Recreation Facility at Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park will take place on Wednesday 6 June.

This meeting will focus on:

• Introducing the group, members and the organisations represented.
• Discussing the role of the group, how it will function and the process for sharing information with the community.
• Hearing from the appointed architectural firm about how they will engage and consult with the group and the wider community in the masterplan development for Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park.

Council will establish a procedure for communication with local residents and the wider community throughout the masterplan process based on input from the meeting.
