At the Council Meeting on 29 March 2021, lighting design option 3 was endorsed by Council (four x 15m high light poles). Council also approved the following:

• A 10-year license agreement with the Glen Iris Junior Football Club in return for their $100,000 capital contribution.
• To carry out a parking consultation with residents of abutting properties, to be reported back to Council for a decision, on the following proposals:

1. Install Permit Zone restrictions operating 8am to 8pm Wednesday to Sunday, March to September, on the west side of Elizabeth Street from Talbot Crescent to the dead end.
2. Install Permit Zone restrictions operating 8am to 8pm Wednesday to Sunday, March to September, on the north side of Talbot Crescent, between 45 Talbot Crescent to 99 Talbot Crescent.

• Planting of 10 new large trees on the western side of the oval.
